It applies to all units, operations, processes, and individuals acting on behalf of NextStream, including employees, third parties, and external providers, in the design, deployment, operation, maintenance, and evolution of data center services and related activities, in all countries where the organization maintains operations.
QMS: set of processes, practices, controls and responsibilities structured to ensure consistent
deliveries, compliance, performance and continuous improvement.
Applicable requirements: Client, contractual, statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements pertinent to the scope of the QMS.
Risk mindset: a systematic approach to identifying, analyzing, and addressing risks and opportunities
throughout processes, reducing variability, preventing failures, and strengthening results.
Organizational premises: NextStream's performance is guided by the purpose of building solid foundations for a connected future, with a client-oriented culture, sense of ownership, integrity, execution discipline, collaboration and clear communication.
NextStream establishes and maintains a Quality Management System based on the process approach, the PDCA cycle and the management of risks and opportunities, to sustain growth with operational robustness and excellence in the provision of data center services.
To this end, NextStream commits to:

levels and acceptance criteria, with satisfaction monitoring and improvement actions.

• Make evidence-based decisions, using data, audits, critical analysis, and performance monitoring to drive priorities and improvements.
• Strengthen skills and culture, promoting development, collaboration, direct communication and a sense of ownership, aligned with corporate values.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, with defined criteria, performance evaluation
and integration into the value chain.
• Integrate integrity and sustainability into management practices, prioritizing ethics, transparency, responsibility, efficiency in the use of resources, and conduct consistent with ESG commitments.
• Promote continuous improvement of the QMS, through the structured treatment of non-conformities, corrective actions, prevention of recurrences, organizational learning and applied innovation.
This Policy is maintained as documented information, communicated to the relevant parties and applied at all levels of the organization. Where appropriate, it is made available to external stakeholders.
Senior Leadership: defines the direction, ensures resources and governance, promotes the culture of quality and critically analyzes the performance of the QMS, directing decisions based on evidence.
