CEO
Serafim brings extensive experience in the technology sector, with a career spanning corporate strategy, business structuring, sales and solution delivery.
He had a long career at IBM, where he served as vice president responsible for operations in Latin America. He was also one of the founders of Scala Data Centers and CEO of Time for Fun (T4F), before joining NextStream.
Serafim is a leader widely recognized for his ability to lead large projects with strategic vision, focus on execution and delivery of value to customers and stakeholders. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Management and Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
COO
With over 35 years of experience in the technology and data center sector, Eduardo Reigada has built a career marked by digital transformation and innovation in infrastructure. Throughout his professional career, he has worked for renowned companies such as Amazon, Motorola and Scala Data Centers, where he served as VP of Operations and Engineering.
Currently, at NextStream, he holds the position of COO, being responsible for all Engineering and Operations related to Data Center services.
Eduardo led the implementation of AWS's Data Center business in Brazil and Latin America, where he remained for over 9 years. At AWS, he also created a software development team in Brazil focused on data center infrastructure simulation.
At Scala, in addition to leading Operations and Engineering, he created a platform to efficiently and quickly support the launch of new data center operations for customers. He also established a centralized Command Center, available 24/7.
CRO
Marco Kalil has a solid track record in the Information Technology sector, with extensive experience in strategy, innovation and operational management. Prior to joining NextStream as CRO, he spent 35 years at IBM, holding several global leadership positions. His experience includes product and service development, sales, mission-critical services and consulting.
He has a degree in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
CFO
Vitor Melo has over 28 years of experience in Finance and Management Control, leading companies and projects in Brazil, Mexico and Latin America. He has worked with global technology companies and, most recently, was part of the spin-off of Kyndryl — a leading infrastructure company — where he served as CFO. He is a finance professional focused on efficiency, always seeking to better serve a wide range of sectors and clients.
Vitor has a degree in Economics from FAAP, an MBA in Marketing from ESPM and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
